Defective product will be eligible for free replacement.
Only product with original bill will be eligible for full refund.
The customer will have to bear the cost of returning the product.
In case the product has any manufacturing defect, the company must be informed via email within 7 days of the delivery of the article, failing which it shall be assumed that the article was delivered in perfect condition and hence no refund or exchange claim can be made by the customer.
When you return a product, you should ensure that the product is in the original packaging in order to get a refund.
Cancellation of any order will not be accepted once, it is invoiced or shipped.
The products will be returned at the sender's risk. The company does not take any responsibility for any kind of loss or damage incurred during the shipment of the products. The company recommends the choice an insured delivery service for returning the product.
The refund will be processed within 14 days after the receipt of the product in the company and the mode of refund will be the same as that of the mode of payment while placing the order.
The delivery charge of any product will not be refunded.
