SHIPMENT: Shipment will be processed according to the instructions of the buyers and delivery services. However, Sellers can use their discretion in packaging of the ordered products to reduce transportation costs.

Variations to these terms of sale: The company reserves the right to change or amend any of the Terms of Sale as and when it deems it right for any viable reason. These Terms of Sale shall be binding on you from date the purchase order will be placed unless there’s some guidelines from the government or such laws made in retrospect (in which case it will be applicable to even the orders placed earlier) or if the company informs you in advance of the changes made in the Terms of Sale before the order has been despatched.

Events outside our control : The company will not be liable or accountable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under or in connection with the mentioned terms of sale that is caused by events outside our reasonable control provided that we shall endeavour to take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
